Dont get fooled by nutrition labels. Sometimes they dont give you the whole picture of what you are actually eating. You must read your ingredient labels. If it contains the words partially hydrogenated oil then it contains Trans Fat. For years, manufacturers have been allowed to list a 0 on the Trans Fat line of a nutrition label if the product that label is on carries less than .5 g. of trans fat per serving. Problem is most people eat more than one serving.
