Dreamt Tony and I were driving somewhere, I think it was originally Mosquito Lake, and the waters around the bridges and highways out there were so high that it was level with the road. I was freaking out because we were driving, like, in/on the water and I was trying to get Tony to go back on the road (because you could still see the yellow lines in some places). After awhile, we were no longer driving and I was alone, walking/running (driving??) down a pathway near an equally high water river and over a bridge. Then I was actually walking down a sidewalk-like path through a sort of wooded area and near railroad tracks that no longer seemed to be in use. There were wooden stairs and other paths that went off from the main path I was on (like how the river walk paths are downtown). There were two children there and either they were small animal children (or small animal people), or they were wearing masks. I kept trying to talk to the one that looked like an owl (they were wearing a hooded cape), but they kept shying away from me and darting up or down the stairs. I remember passing a set of stairs to my left that seemed to go down forever into darkness. After a bit, the path turned from pavement into rocks and dirt and then I woke up.
