If you are feeling more Traps than your Delts on this exercise, you are probably shrugging unconsciously on each rep or, going all the way up too high above your shoulder height. Keep your shoulder blade low and stabilized to prevent your shoulder from shrugging. Keep your angle (at the end of concentric movement) slightly lower than your shoulder height.
