During our trip to Detroit for the North Central Aeropress Championships we had a lot of time in the car to talk about coffee. As part of the trip we visited many different shops and continuously asked ourselves what the coffees we were drinking would be like as espressos, so we wanted to do something about that. So, starting tomorrow we will be offering a coffee flight. Consisting of Intelligentsias Bosque Nublado, Ecuador brewed as both espresso and an Aeropress (naturally). This flight will engage you in how different your coffee can be, while at the same time treating you to a very interesting flavor experience. $5
