Here a table where we have collected indications of quantity of salt vs age, from authoritative sources. Note: we refer to table salt use (not sodium intake). ITALIANO Bimbi e Sale: quanto? Sappiamo che non dobbiamo dare il sale ai neonati. E poi? Come ci regoliamo? Talvolta le informazioni non sono davvero chiare. Ci siamo prese la briga di preparare una tabella di quanto sale poter dare in base all’età, che si basa su indicazioni di fonti autorevoli. Nota bene: ci riferiamo all’uso del sale da tavola (non al sodio in sè). FRANCAIS Enfants et Sel: combien? Nous savons qu’il ne faut pas donner du sel aux bébés. Et après? Comment il faut faire?
