ESPN Raiders reporter Paul Gutierrez expects the team to use more - TopicsExpress

ESPN Raiders reporter Paul Gutierrez expects the team to use more odd-man fronts on defense this season. Meaning, more three- and five-man fronts. Oakland is deep at linebacker, including rookie Khalil Mack, second-year pro Sio Moore, and veterans Nick Roach, Kevin Burnett, and Miles Burris. LaMarr Woodley, a 3-4 OLB his entire career, was signed in the offseason. The Raiders could field a front of LE Justin Tuck, NT Pat Sims, RE Antonio Smith, OLBs Mack and Woodley, and ILBs Roach and Moore on certain passing downs. They have an interesting pass-rush corps.
