Endicott Performing Arts Center, a local non-profit community theater and business leader in Endicott, NY (endicottarts), announced today that it will officially launch a new website and updated logo this month. According to Patrick Foti, Artistic and Executive Director, the new website and refreshed logo are more closely aligned with the company’s strategic vision for growth and expansion over the next decade, and beyond. “We have stayed in business for over 15 years by listening to our customers and building community relationships, Foti commented. “We are a theater run with ‘old-fashioned’ core values, but we also recognize the importance of constantly innovating and adapting to new ways of doing business and technology. We recognize that our guests appreciate the latest technologies, so we’re making this change to keep up-to-date with current trends in internet use.” The new EPAC website offers a clean, modern design, easy-to-navigate functionality, and a content-rich site experience. The e-commerce function enables customers to quickly and easily purchase show tickets and donate to the theater. The communication features allow parents to sign-up their children for our Kids Theater Workshop programs, potential clients to find theater rental information, guests to sign up for emails, and guests/cast members to submit testimonials and send pictures from their experiences at EPAC. The new EPAC website will also provide social media integration and direct links to EPAC’s Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages, where updates will appear on a regular basis. “This modern website does not in any way replace the direct, responsive customer service that we have been known for throughout the community for over 15 years”, Foti said. “But our goal in launching this new website is to provide one more access point and online resource for clients and individuals to learn more about our theater and the many services we have to offer.” EPAC is living proof that Community Theater is alive and thriving in upstate New York.
