***EXTREMELY CODE RED URGENT HANDSOME SENIOR GENT IS IN DIRE NEED OF A BRAND NEW LOVING HOME & A TRIP TO A COMPETENT VET!!!*** Franky is a tiny guy, only 10 pounds, and six-years-old, and it seems like he hasnt known love in care for a very long time, if ever, in his life. Like with so many neglected Shih-Tzus, his dry eyes are causing him great discomfort. He is skinny. He is missing a lot of his hair and there are some lesions on his belly, which the ACC vet couldnt tell if they were due to chemical burns or due to some sort of an autoimmune disease. Franky is also completely freaked out, and didnt want to have much to do with the intake staff at Brooklyn ACC. There is hardly any other way to say this: Franky is a mess. He needs someone, the first person in his life, who cares about him, who will let him relax and feel safe, who will seek out help from a real veterinarian, who will invest love, time, and yes, some money, into making Frankie the best that he can be. Otherwise, he will be killed tomorrow, and he will leave this Earth the way he has lived on it for a long time now: irrelevant and unimportant.
