Ebola: Plane going to Cleveland. Now were here. All potentially infected individuals need to remain under house arrest--WITH compensation so theres zero incentive to leave. The compensation needs to be based on each individuals lifestyle, not so little that they would have any issues with staying--but not so much that others would gain the lofty idea of purposefully getting exposed/sick. Indeed, they also need to be tagged to ensure the CDC knows their whereabouts 24/7. The cost of this incentive will be far lower than the cost of a further outbreak. Dude--its not that hard. Squash this. Anyone who cares about the health of their country would willingly undergo this process.
