Either I am an ignorant, mean, horrible customer/client...or real estate people across the country...and some of my friends are real estate agents, really are terrible sales people. Cant show you on one day, cant show you on a holiday, cant show you on a weekday, oh...I said I would show you, but cant today....Then, when they show you, you should buy now because prices are up (they are NOT) while the market is strong (its still not), while oil is up (ummm, and why should this make me bid up a price?)...You should buy now, because this house has been on the market for three or four years! OR, yes its a fixer upper, yes the house is crooked, all you have to do is jack this corner of the house up...my God man! But, I dont care, I know Ill find THE house and Im having fun! :) But wish I was running into better real estate people who knew how to negotiate.
