Emaar Misr is recruiting for; Customer Care Manager; Country: Egypt Job Category: Client’s Relations Department Job Type: Full Time - Description: 1. Provide support and guidance to the Customer Care Executives and Seniors in handling customers and complex issues. 2. Personally handle customers and VIPs on behalf of the Management for escalated or special cases. Deal with all day-to-day customer issues 3. Produce monthly department reports to go in line with Asset Management MBOs and ensure timely submission. Produce action plans for the areas of improvement. - Qualifications: 1) Graduate with Bachelor Degree 2) Training courses / additional qualifications 3) At least 5 years’ experience in a management role in customer service 4) Fluent in English and Arabic – write, read, speak - Education: Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university.
