Entry 5 It happened! I don’t know what to do. Last night Hyde brutally attacked and killed a member of Parliament and Mr. Utterson’s client – Sir Danvers Carew! Sir Danvers Carew was a well liked gentleman. How could he do this in cold blood? It’s like he is a bacteria in my body going wild. It was as if I was outside of my body looking into my soul. Scary and eerie are the best words I can use to describe it. What have I done? Hyde just doesn’t think. Doesn’t he know that this gentleman was well known. Since he was Mr. Utterson’s client, they are now talking to him. Mr. Utterson told the police of his suspicion that it was Mr. Hyde. The police come to the apartment but we were gone. Too close!!! Hyde felt bad about the murder and he wrote a note of apology and that he was leaving. I have to make sure that Hyde really does leave, but how do I make that happen???
