Episode 2 focuses on the absurd testimony of Chevrons key witness in the bogus RICO action against the Ecuadorians and their lawyers. The only direct testimony supporting Chevrons key claim—i.e. that the Ecuadorian plaintiffs legal team bribed the trial judge to allow them to write the opinion—comes from Guerra, the disgraced former Ecuadorian judge who is probably one of the most openly corrupt witnesses ever to blight an American courthouse.
