(Español abajo) I showed Casa Durazno in Villas Flamingos Country Club (Flamingos area of Nuevo Vallarta, a couple minutes from Bucerias) today. I really like that house. Its 3 br, 2.5 bathrooms for $189,000 USD. The development has 20 homes (all colorful and interesting), 3 shared pools, and is tucked away next to Flamingos Golf Course, quite a distance (and not visible from) the highway. You wouldnt know that the development is there! Its quiet, peaceful, and is really close-knit. After the showing, I ended up chatting with 2 other residents there. Its a great community. Hay 20 casas alla (todas con colores vibrantes), 3 albercas, y esta ubicado al lado del club de golf (una distancia de la carretera - no puedes ver las casas de la carretera, esta escondido). Es muy tranquilo alla y los vecinos son muy amables (pienso la mayoría son Canadiense).
