Even if we accept his rather preposterous contention that he didnt know that the person he should have been in bed with was the person in the toilet cubicle, his actions still beggars belief.There were many safer options he could taken. He took none of them. Instead he walked across the bedroom,( past the bed in which presumably he thought the poor girl was ) grabbed his gun, loaded it, walked out of the bedroom to the bathroom (back past the bed ) and shot four times through the toilet door. Looking at the size of the toilet cubicle and the bullet exit points through the toilet door , there couldnt have been any other intent other than killing whoever was in there. If we are to believe that this behaviour was due to the fact that he generally has a vulnerable predisposition and hence explodes whenever he feels threatened, then is it safe to let such a person out into the public at all?? What will he do next if he feels threatened in a public place?? Id have the Jury system any day, thank you!
