Even though it was raining outside, our hearts were warmed by the smiles and thank yous we received. Today was so special. With sandwiches in hand along with, an apple, an orange, and a chocolate bar and the most important thing, 20 Tim Hortons cards @ $5.00 each, we hit the streets looking to help out the homeless in our proud city. It was a feeling of joy to see that we made them smile for a reason. I would like to thank Nikki McHugh, Jackie Cormier, Jackie McHugh, Bernie Bourque, Alex Legood, and Katey Dey for donating their time, to help us make this a wonderful day for all involved. It was not just the homeless we visited today, because without the dedicated workers standing by in case WE need their help, we delivered some Tim Cards to the Fire Stations, and the Ambulance drivers. Thank you all again, and it is going to be bigger next year, Cant wait. Merry Christmas everyone.
