Even when you go heavy in your back workout, dont forget to feel the muscle working. I always focus on three things in my mind when working back: 1. Stretch: Always make sure I stretch out the muscle. In a pull up it is the bottom position, where you go all the way down to a dead-hang 2. Squeeze: Always make sure that youre squeezing the muscle before working on the concentric part (negative movement) 3.
