[Events] Theres another event that happens concurrently with Anime Festival Asia Singapore. Its the MANGA festival. It will happen on 9th Nov. Details are as of below: (From Kinokuniya site) Kinokuniya Singapore Main Store is the venue of the Exclusive Book-Signing Sessions to be held on Saturday, 9th November 2013 from 1.00 pm onwards. 1:00 pm Pokémon Adventures – Mr. Hidenori Kusaka (Author) & Mr. Satoshi Yamamoto (Illustrator) a manga targeted at children that is based on the Pokémon video game series. 2:30 pm Beelzebub – Mr. Ryuhei Tamura (Author & Illustrator) a shonen manga that follows the life of a first-year student at a school for juvenile delinquents, who is chosen to raise the baby son of the great demon king. 4:00 pm Say “I Love You”. – Ms. Kanae Hazuki a shojo manga that tells of the life of sixteen-year-old Mei Tachibana, who begins to branch out and befriend others after encountering and developing a friendship with a popular boy named Yamato Kurosawa. 5:30 pm Hatsune Miku – Mr. Kei (Illustrator) “Hatsune Miku” is a virtual singer who can sing any song that anybody composes. Born on 31st August 2007 as computer music software that enables users to create synthesized singing, Hastune Miku is created by Crypton Future Media, Inc.
