Every society and nation has its own context of development. A society has to aspects, exactly like human life. Members of each society have certain attitudes, firmly formed by its values and long derived traditions. Accordingly, members of the given society behave. If we flash back in the history, we have come across to this point after many difficulties. We had been long disintegrated and divided into smaller countries so we failed to a consolidated natural culture. Right after unification of the country, we had to fight a terrible war with British colonial power. We lost huge territory and also went through a very humiliating situation. The subsequent ear came up with series of conspiratorial politics and British intrusion in our home affairs, and finally we had to ho through a century long autocratic cleptocratic Rana rule. All these difficulties in our lives made us pessimist, cynic and weaker. Our culture is full of these weakness. May be, this is a reason we always approach things from negative perspective. When we meet a friend first we examine his or her native aspects, and only then we come to positive aspects. To be honest, the CA suffered from this attitude. If we really examine, the CA had two works. Making constitution and completing peace process. The making constitution was always shadowed by the peace process, and this was the major reason we failed to materialize the objective constrain making. Now we have done it, and now we have only one task of making constitution. So will be no excuses. The major question now is how can we make it sure that the constitution will be a blueprint of our development. Nepal now cannot wait for long. We need to go through this process of constitution making, and definitely hope that the election will be able to bring our good leaders. Failure will open a new always. People who dare to develop this country will come out and take the nation out of this crisis. So once more time, let us trust this leadership and thus go for vote. Security would not be problem. I have full trust that our security agencies are able to protect us. Most importantly, nothing is going to happen. People are suspecting foul in elections, but I think this too not possible. Over three hundred international observers are visiting polling booths, and 15000 domestic observers are also visiting and observing booths. The voter lists have photo printed log books. Cheating and telling lies are not possible this time. Moreover, this situation is different this time. All are contesting on equal footing. Most importantly, the democracy has been accepted as a bottom-line of the future system. So let us this election as an attempt to rescue the nation from stalemate.
