Everyone concerned with watching their diet over Christmas/New Years should read this. Dont be one of those people who feels guilty because they ate some normal food and took some time off their diet to enjoy it with friends and family. Life is all about balance, not about constantly counting calories and weighing everything you eat to the point you are a robot!
