Everyone is adversely affected by the problem of economics, or better put, pseudoeconomics. Hate war? The money system is the culprit. Hate poverty? Hunger? Death by preventable disease or lack of clean water? Corruption? Human trafficking? Pollution and environmental destruction? Extinction of species and destruction of the oceans? Exploitation of children and women? Fascist police state, police brutality, and government confiscation of personal property? Sacrificing the proper upbringing of children to the necessity of paying the bills? Stupid, mind-numbing jobs making and selling useless crap? There is a cause for everyone here. It all comes home to roost on the flawed, 300-year old system of monetarism. All political systems are subservient to monetarism, from capitalism to marxism. Until this problem is properly understood, no good is coming to the world. Quite the contrary. Paul Grignon has cut to the heart of the matter and come up with a solution that solves the perennial problem of why there is enough money for the destruction of civilization, but not enough to foster civilization. The problem comes down to this: we have been told that money itself is a store of value. No, it is not. It is a unit of measure of value. The absurdity of it is made clear in the following example: You want to build a house, but you cant because you are told there are not enough inches available to measure the lumber. Or this: you are a farmer and have a large harvest that will soon rot without labor to harvest it. There are lines of people willing to do it but alas... there are not enough monetary inches to get it done. Its silly and tragic what we are doing to ourselves and to each other. There isnt any political savior or divine messiah coming to rescue us from this tragedy of error. We have to do it ourselves, and our children are not going to accept our excuses for why we let the world and the earth go to ruin.
