Everything has become a capital offense and the cops are behaving like judge, jury and executioner. Those Human Resources people responsible for administering the multiple psychological tests on new applicants must be noticing the crazies and the cowards. HR must be making notes on the levels of craziness and cowardice to include when passing the files to their bosses who make the final decision on hiring. Someone is making the conscious decision to fill the ranks of civilian policing with thugs that are acting like Brownshirts and cowardly, weak willed individuals who will follow all orders without question. Does this seem like a recipe to disaster?
