Excitement is building at Move with Grace Fergus! I am not sure if I am more excited about opening a new dance studio or just getting back into the studio teaching! With summer vacation, I have not taught since June and I am missing it terribly! For me dance is a way to escape the every day. Anything that is bothering or troubling me disappears when I am teaching – those eager young faces, those tap sounds, the smiles on everyone’s faces puts everything into perspective. Teaching is not just a “job”, teaching is a joy. Dance is a joy. We want to bring that joy, that passion to dancers – both new and experienced – in the Centre Wellington area. We want to open the dance world to them. The sense of pride and accomplishment felt by either taking the chance and stepping into a studio or a pair of dance shoes for the first time, or getting that dance step you have been working on “forever”!
