Excuse my French, but the most incompetent telecommunication company in the world has to be TELKOM. They have a bunch of f*****g incompetent people working at the call centre. Our internet line has been down from yesterday morning. The line has finally been restored. I had to speak to five different call centre idiots before the last one eventually assisted in sorting out the problem. I have been on the phone from 9am this morning. I am damn frustrated and irritated......
