Expected to have a healthy breakfast this morning only to be faced with the southern style cooking in other words fattening. I hit the gym and actually worked out cause there was no tv to distract me then hit the beach all day now tearing the kitchen apart cause those waves beat me down and won the fight. Heading to the hot tub then in-laws cooking dinner tonight( thank God) and then watch the game. Today is a good day
