However, to cut down our overcrowded inbox, we ask that you please read these FAQ beforehand, as most of your answers will be listed here. Q. Where are you located? A. We are based in Nassau, Bahamas and we are located ONLINE. There is no walk-in store at the moment. We provide pre-arranged delivery service in Nassau and shipping to the Family Islands. Q. I am interested in purchasing an item, how do I do so? A. To purchase an item, you inbox us with the items you would like to have and we will go from there. However, before you inbox us, please make sure you are seriously interested in purchasing. The message tab is to the top right hand corner of the page.THERE IS NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS. SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE ONLY. Q. What is the procedure to place an order? A. If an item is in stock, we can arrange delivery and you pay when you receive the item, if not, it can be pre-ordered which requires a 50% deposit through Scotiabank, Island Luck or in person. To obtain the account number to make a deposit please inbox. Q. How long does an order take? A. In-stock orders can be done same day and pre- ordered clothing, bags or shoes takes 5-10 days. Q. This item is captioned Sold out, when would it be available? A. When an item is available for purchase once more, it will be re-posted. Once an item is labeled Sold out, it means it is unavailable for purchase at the moment. Q. What if something doesnt fit? A. For in stock, regular priced items priced, you are free exchange but there are NO CASH REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDITS. For special pre-ordered items, if you usually have a problem with sizing, we will try our best to have your correct measurements as exchanges for these orders will not be allowed. Q. How do I contact you? A. You contact us through our facebook page for all orders. If you are very interested in purchasing and you are unable to message the page, you can contact 422-4451 or 447-6849 Text or Whatsapp Only. Q. How do I arrange delivery? A. Our delivery hours are between 5-7pm Monday to Friday and scheduled deliveries on weekends. Delivery is free of charge for purchases of $20.00 or more.
