FEDERATION OF GREEK ELDERLY CITIZENS CLUBS ANNUAL AUSTRALIA DAY PICNIC & COBURG LAKE The Federation of Elderly Citizens Clubs of Melbourne and Victoria had their Annual Picnic at Coburg Lake on Sunday, 18 January 2015. It was the first time that the picnic was held at Coburg. As always, AGWS was present and used the opportunity to distribute our Directory of Programs & Services to all present. There were a number of dignitaries that were also present including the Hon. Jenny Mikakos (Minister for Families & Children), Ross Alatsas (VMC Deputy Chairperson) Cr. Lambros Tapinos (Mayor of Moreland), George Spiliotis (AGWS President), Bill Papastergiadis (Greek Community of Melbourne President) and Antonis Polycarpou (President of the Federation of Elderly Clubs).
