How likely are you to refer a friend, family member or colleague to our dealership? 10 (0 to 10) - 100% 3. Tell us your story: My radio was having a problem. Jessica took care of me and I had a great experience. My radio was updated and hopefully that will correct the weak signal issues I was having. I have had to visit the service depts. a couple of times concerning my truck. Jessica is my service writer and always does a great job. She is quick, efficient, and always communicates with me constantly on the status of my repairs. I also have the privilege of working with her through my job where I am the Supervisor over fleet for Baton Rouge EMS where we deal with Jessica almost on a daily basis. She has always be in a great mood and very eager to do whatever she can to get our vehicles repaired and back on the road serving the community. She goes above and beyond in my opinion and is definitely an asset to Gerry Lane and the service dept.
