FELLOW UGANDANS, FRIENDS OF UGANDA, We as Ugandans we claim agriculture is the back borne of our economy and chief employer of most citizens in our country but look what is happening in the agriculture sector today, the escalating prices of agric inputs, the changing climatic systems, increasing taxes on agric inputs, disbanding of the extension officers with their projects respectively. But what annoys me most is what is happening currently, the army officers/veterans (REJECTS FROM THE ARMY) are undergoing a two weeks training in agriculture at Makerere university school of agricultural sciences, the over 300 soldiers will be attached to different sub-counties as soon as they finish the training to oversee agricultural projects in place of extension professionals observation: there is militarization of a government that is coming to an end recommendation: let the government privatize agric sector in all aspects conclusion: let us all say enough is enough,
