The Bible says in Ephesians 1:13-14, In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. FMIM explanation of verses: If you believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He died for your sins and He rose back to life three days later, and turn away from sin, then you are saved forever. The Holy Spirit promises to keep your spirit alive because you are a child of God. Jesus Christ only had to die once for all mankind. Because of His power over sin and death we are saved. QUESTION: Isnt great to know your spirit will never die and that you will always be a child of God?
