Theyre looking for ways to cope with the increase in congestion, and one idea on the table is adding electronic toll lanes at some of the citys key entry points-- possibly the 14th Street Bridge, the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge (I-66), inbound New York Avenue and inbound Canal Road.
