FOR SALE OR TRADE: Love On Fire: Lovey is a 2003 17.2 hand unraced TB mare. Absolutely stunning mare with a personality to match! She is great around kids, dogs, quads, tractors, cows; you name it, it doesnt phase her. She has been ridden solely by beginner riders for the past year, and has taken care of them like no other. Trailers, ground ties and bathes like a dream! She is currently on a 10 acre pasture with about 15 other mares and gets along with them fabulously. Easily caught with grain. Though she has been ridden extensively both English, Western & Bareback as a trail horse down the road, next to highway 99, I would recommend her going to a LIGHT riding(therapeutic/kids only), broodmare or pasture pet home ONLY. Her hips are uneven and she is hurting when ridden heavily often. Her owner is new to the horse world, and cannot afford to keep her on butte just to have a riding horse. She is asking $250 to recuperate all of her costs she put into this mare, or would trade for a safe, gentle(older OK) horse that her family could take down the trails.
