FQ: I am a first time mom. I am only 27 weeks pregnant and I am already starting to leak pretty bad. I leak through 3 changes of breast pads by the end of the work day. My moms milk came in very early as well. I called the advice nurse, since my doctor is still out of town and she told me to start pumping. I dont know if I should or if I should wait til my doctor gets back and I can talk to her. The only good point the nurses brought up was that the leaking milk is not needed so my supply can go down before my baby is even born. Any advice is very appreciated.
