FREE RAIF BADAWI Saudi Arabia is a monarchy and Islamist state - what purpose does religion serve when it justifies the punishment, public lashing, jailing and humiliation of a peaceful and liberal writer who has expressed his opinions- which are non violent and secular. This type of law is archaic, fascist and lacks intellect. Please share so that more people in our world can know that this is going on. I’m really worried that Arab thinkers will migrate in search of fresh air and to escape the sword of the religious authorities.
