FUN TIP for getting your child to blow his nose...We have a sick 4 year old over here who is so obviously congested, but refuses to blow his nose. I learned this fun tip over the weekend that I had to share. Light a candle and tell your child to blow the flame out with his nose (keeping his mouth closed-demonstrate it for him first.) You can imagine what happens when he tries to force air through his nose to complete the task. Viola. Mission accomplished. :)
