(Nov 15-16 2014) Pinoy Style Halloween halloween in the calabarzon area has always been associated with nagcarlan... but i refute that--- before reaching the town proper of this municipality from manila you have to pass by not only 1 but 3 cemeteries while having a keen eye on overtaking at full speed buses on the lane at the other side. you also have to cross a railroad.. stay safe :)
