FUTA change of course form for 2013/2014 admission exercises Applications are invited from candidates who are yet to be offered provisional admission into the University’s undergraduate programmes for change of course into some Departments where vacancies still exist in the University. Applicants should be candidates who made FUTA their 1st and/or 2nd choice(s) most preferred institution in the 2013 UTME, sat for the University’s P-UTME Screening Exercise and are included in the list of eligible candidates who could apply for consideration. In that regard, prospective candidates are advised to log on to the University website,futa.edu.ng; click on the link: Change of Course Registration Form and use their respective UTME Registration Numbers to check their eligibility status before making payment for application. Only eligible candidates will be able to make payment through the e-tranzact and complete the Change of Course Registration Form online. In addition, candidates must have taken the relevant UTME subjects for the courses of their choice and possess a minimum of five (5) relevant Ordinary Level/SSCE credit passes. The credit passes must have been obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.
