I have been barbecuing and smoking for a few years now and Ive used many rubs from barbecue joints I have visited throughout the United States. Out of all the rubs Ive used the best are from Code 3 Spices. Sea Dog, 5-0 and Rescue Rub are the three Ive used to date. The quality of the herbs and spices are excellent. A very good balance and blend. SeaDog I use on my ribs, 5-0 and Rescue on my pork shoulders and all three in many dishes, scrambled eggs, chili, steamed veggies, bacon before roasting in the oven, chicken, stews and soups. Im very very happy to use Code 3 and Im also proud to know that a portion of all sales go to first responders, people who save many lives and protect us.
