Feels silly talking to Facebook, but I felt the need to drive a point home. I have a bunch of people either in person telling me that Ive inspired them to make a change in their own life and health, and that in turn inspires me to keep going. Stepping away from your comfort foods, your hour of quiet time on your chair traded for an hour at the gym, counting calories all suck, but it all boils down to how badly you want to change. FYI- for someone who talks to crowds and performs in front of them every weekend I sure felt odd just talking to myself in my bathroom...... #NoPillsRequired #TeamWright #MakeAChange
