If you fancy writing an article then please do so and email it to Simon on [email protected] + Sun 11/1 Road championship Garstang 10k + Sat 24/1 Fell championship starts with Ashurst Beacon which is a gentle introduction to fell racing. If thats not enough then there are always the regular Tuesday and Thursday club nights. 7pm from The Sunnyhurst. Beginners, intermediate and advanced runners all welcome.
