Final edition of Soccer scribbles from Sudan... It was match day and, in Sudan, Fridays are normally regarded as vacation time. It is a nonworking day and all shops and businesses are closed. The shops would open at 3pm local time, we were told. The plan was to go to the Nile River, to see where the Blue Nile meets the White Nile. Initially it appeared as though this idea might not materialise but four of us were determined to see this Sudanese landmark. bit.ly/1xxsJiR
