Final movie of the evening: Thom Eberhards 1984 tongue-in-cheek scifi flick NIGHT OF THE COMET. Yes, I know, I just watched it a few weeks ago. Tonight is the 30th anniversary of the release of the coolest Zombie flick ever made. It stars Kelli Maroney and Catherine Mary Stewart, who skillfully voice the best collection of 1980s one-liner catch phrases ever written! Beam me up, Scotty! Daddy wouldve gotten us Uzis. You have an asshole, Doris--you dont need Chuck. The stores are open! It is hard to believe it was three decades ago. Boy, do I feel and look 30 years older, whilst Kelli and Catherine look EXACTLY the freaking SAME as they did 30 years ago! Night, all.
