Final week of the 50 reps series! This week is some variations of push-ups and mountain climbers. No steps or canned goods needed. ;-) ATs FitClub website will be up soon! Well have blogs covering workouts, nutrition, recipes, motivation, and more. Our first group workout session will be Jan 10, with classes at 9:00 & 10:30. This will be your chance to try Zumba, Boot Camp, Pound, and Yoga. Registration will be available through the website soon. Have a great Christmas and get ready to start the new year being in better health!
