Find a peaceful quiet place and sit comfortably. Clear your mind. Slowly begin to breathe in and out. Shutting out all the outside light and noises and distractions. Burn some incense if you wish. Picture in your minds eye a place that is calm and peaceful. The beach after labor day, a lake as calm as glass, a comfortable porch swing. Keep breathing deep, and slow. If you wish, imagine the one you love is there with you. They lean against you, and you wrap your arm around them. Continue breathing.
