First, I want to thank those who requested a reading. I want to thank Nelly for leaving a positive comment about my article. Also, I want to say we all have our own way of connecting with the Creator of the world and its galaxies. We travel divergent paths in order to reach the same Center. The way I relate to our Creator may seem unorthodoxy to those of you who would dare judge me. But then again, I am not a traditional thinking individual; I never have been. But that is okay—to-each-his-own. On another note, I was tearful when I did a one card pull reading for myself. I call it a feeling sorry for myself moment. We all go through it. Anyway, I asked for spiritual guidance before pulling this card blindly. As I mentally massaged my mind into stillness and allowed my body to relax, I asked that I be guided through a brief glimpse of what I needed to know to improve my mood. I pulled the Star card. It had this to reveal: THE STAR It is necessary to reconcile the past with the future. Peer into reflections of the past but be not consumed by the past. Blend elements of the past with plans for the future to make a beautiful whole. Bare the soul before the Creator who knows the heart. He is experienced in every nuance of pain. He hears desperate cries in the thick of the night, and tastes the elixir of spilling tears that soaks pillows. Yet, the cycle of life must continue. The prophecy must be fulfilled as the ride on the wheel of life draws closer to destiny. Painful as pain can be, is the same pain necessary for growth. So, go in peace through the spiritual fire unscathed, while drawing closer to rebirth of the soul. Ride the forever turning wheel of life. And when it stops to let you off for a time, take a deep breath and enjoy the savory flavors of blessings achieved through sheer determination and persistence. This is what stimulates the spirit evolve. Now, that made me smile.
