First ergo row with the BAT plate.......... The BAT Logic plate really improved the security of my foot on the ergo so I did not get the cramping in my food arches while doing a 23 minute ergo this morning which is some thing that I had without the plate. I would like to use the BAT Logic heal raiser as well for better angle to my ankle when my leg is straight. One of the great things for me with this plate is to be able be adjust the height of my feet which is something that I could not do without the plate. It will be great to see how the BAT goes when I do my next 30minute open rate ergo. Tyron.
