WOD 1 8 min AMRAP Back squats -pick your own weight, score is total reps x weight 3 mins rest WOD 2 8 min AMRAP I-go-you-go 10 calorie row (15 for guys) 10 burpees over rower 3 mins rest WOD 3 8 min AMRAP I-go-you-go 1 rd of DT each 12 x deadlifts 9 x hang cleans 6 x shoulder to overhead 3 min rest WOD 4 8 min AMRAP Cluster and burpee over bar ladder 2 of each (done by each partner) 4 of each 6 of each Etc
