Firstly, what I am about to say about homeowners does not apply to - TopicsExpress

Firstly, what I am about to say about homeowners does not apply to all home owners. My job takes me all around the region of Merseyside and thus gives me some idea of how the benefit changes and this dreadful bedroom tax is affecting people who have the misfortune of living in social housing and on benefits. Most of the people I work for are people who have good jobs and are paying a mortgage. The most shocking thing I have witnessed is the attitude of many of these people towards people who are trying to survive on benefits. These working homeowners believe everything that Tory government and the lying newspapers are saying about people on benefits is true. It’s truly shocking to listen to these people. They actually think that people on benefits are getting hundreds of pounds a week to live on. I see no hope for the immediate future. The Tories are using the recession as a tool to drag us back into another Victorian age and the corrupt Labour party have developed the same attitude as the Tories to people who are on benefits. These two dreadful political parties, who are in constant collusion with each other, will eventually start attacking poor working class pensioners. In fact they are now, with the help of the lying media, creating a rhetoric to convince these traitorous home-owners that it’s OK to further pauperise the elderly who are living in social housing on the state pension. The bus pass will be the next thing to go. These home-owning insensitive cowards will even support this. So you see the political parties are really an extension of these dreadful home-owning mainly middle class people. The two political parties are in effect doing what these brainwashed people want them to do. Why don’t these people try to understand that they could also lose their jobs and end up on benefits?
