Five Wishes is a Living Will that lets you specify how you would like to be treated in the event of a serious illness. Once it is filled out and properly signed it is valid under the laws of most states. Seniors Helping Seniors will provide free copies of the 5 Wishes document and guide you through steps for filling it out at the next Costa Mesa Senior Center Health and Wealth Workshop - Wednesday, 10/22 at 10 am.
