Following on from my last post.....At CrossFit, we want everyone to turn up every day but we know this is almost impossible, so we encourage 3-4 times per week. If you miss a class or don’t turn up for a while well contact you to see if everything is OK. We coach you constantly and promote a variety of fitness, health and well-being including nutrition and speciality training programs if you have a specific goal. All this included! We program your workouts with you in mind, we research every day and train hard ourselves to make us better as coaches. We live and breathe fitness so that you can be better, healthier and stronger. We understand that some of you like doing to a normal gym and we will never put you down for doing so. Any fitness is better than none but what we won’t allow is for there not to be any choice in being the fittest you can ever dream of. I welcome any person whether a hater or doubter to try CrossFit and walk away not having gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding, as to what it’s like to be fit. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, never trained before, out of shape, or want to look and feel better about yourself, then you need to experience the CrossFit community and train with likeminded people who will encourage you and motivate you like you’ve never experienced before. CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of CrossFit is a key component of why it’s so effective. CrossFit is for you, CrossFit is for everyone and anyone can do it. Come with an open mind and leave your egos at the door, work hard and you will see huge results. This is my promise as one of the most advanced sports and fitness coaches around.
